1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

To confirm and secure your booking with Navigate Kashmir, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required. However, this percentage may vary based on the itinerary, trip category, and duration. Your personal travel consultant will inform you of any adjustments.

  • All online payments are accepted through our secure payment gateway.
  • A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments over the total amount.
  • All bank charges and payment gateway fees, if applicable, must be borne by the passenger.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated to Navigate Kashmir in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written request.
  • Refunds for transportation tickets (flights, trains, etc.) will be subject to the policies of the respective authorities.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are strictly non-refundable, and cancellation charges will be borne by the guest.
  • During peak travel seasons, including pilgrimage periods, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds, regardless of the reason.

3. Peak Season & Hotel Policies

  • Peak travel seasons vary by region and hotel. Individual hotels may have different cancellation policies, which will apply accordingly.
  • If a hotel imposes additional cancellation fees, these charges will be the responsibility of the client.
